This year is our eighth year in business; seven in providing business Internet services. Let me repeat that statement, this is our eighth year of being in business in an industry where providers come and go, come and go, come and go. We didn't make it this far on our own strength and resources.  We made it this far by paying attention to the three bullet statements mentioned above. Now, how does all of this lend itself to the topic of saving money on hosting without sacrificing quality? Quite simply. Over the years we have kept our eyes open on the market place, and changed when change was needed. One of the changes we made late last year was to move towards Parallels H-Sphere for total hosting automation.  Many of you have already been migrated to the new system or have purchased hosting plans (all new plans are on Parallels H-Sphere). This new system will extend our ability to provide proper care for you through quality technology. Parallels H-Sphere will save you money because now you can, through your browser-based control panel, add unlimited domain names to your existing hosting account for a small fee per domain name per month.  Before you would have to purchase individual hosting plans. Parallels H-Sphere will save you money because most of the additional / optional items we offered had set up fees; now, almost all of those set up fees have been removed because of automation.  Most of those additional / optional items where billable in for one to two years or in minimum blocks (such as disk space). Now, you can purchase most optional items one at a time, and pay based on your existing billing period (quarterly if you are quarterly, annual if you are annual). Parallels H-Sphere will also allow you to have certain things done instantly where in the past you had to wait for us to complete the task. Mail exchange (MX) record changes can be done any time of day through the browser-based control panel; and the change is instant (propagation still has to take place, but you don't have to wait on us to make the change).  Almost any DNS change can be done instantly via your browser. You can instantly upgrade plans, downgrade plans, add optional items, remove optional items at will through your Parallels H-Sphere browser-based control panel.
